Here at Mom Works, the content we create and share is inherently shame-free and anti-overload. As moms who show up for work, moming, and self, we understand how unmotivating productivity pressure and restriction can be. That’s why we encourage establishing a strong sense of self, finding clarity in the routines of life, and leaving room for flexibility. What works today may be better off being approached differently for tomorrow (simply because it’s an in office day vs WFH).
