Returning to work after having a baby can bring excitement, uncertainty, grief, guilt, identity shifts, and many questions. It is one of the most significant transitions in working motherhood, yet many women are expected to navigate it alone.

This coaching program is designed to help postpartum moms prepare for, navigate, and adjust to the return-to-work transition with greater confidence, clarity, and self-trust.

This service may be eligible for employer sponsorship or professional development funding.

What We’ll Do Together

In this coaching experience, we will:

The Return-to-Work Coaching Package includes:

  • Comprehensive coaching sessions centered on planning, support, accountability, and adjustment.

  • Personalized action steps following each session.

  • Reflection exercises and transition-planning tools between sessions.

  • Tailored resources to support your emotional wellbeing and workplace success.

  • Optional employer-sponsored coaching documentation when applicable.

Packages are available in 1- 3- and 6-session commitments depending on your goals.
