I am a workplace mental health and maternal mental health specialist with a specialization in leadership and women’s issues.
In Work
I am a clinical social worker with a career rooted in employee mental health across a variety of settings. Over time, I saw firsthand how support is needed for women in the workplace, especially mothers. This insight led me to pursue advanced training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International (PSI), and to become a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP).
My passion lies at the intersection of employee and maternal mental health, and it continues to deepen as I support women throughout all stages of their careers. I specialize in working with high-achieving, perfectionistic women and those in leadership roles who are balancing ambition with well-being.
In Life
I’m a mom to one joyful and sweet daughter. Motherhood has shown me how vital strong support systems truly are, and I make it a priority to invest in and nurture mine.
Outside of work, I find joy in movement, whether it’s walking, strength training, yoga, or sports. I also have a soft spot for reality TV (a good BRAVO reference never goes unnoticed) and love spending quality time with friends and family.
