I am a maternal mental health and workplace wellness professional, specializing in the the ADHD and sensory sensitive experience.

In Work

I am a clinical social worker with a passion for supporting women on their journey of self learning. I have advanced training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International (PSI). I completed a Fellowship with the PSI Alliance for People of Color, focusing on mental health in the pregnancy and postpartum periods for neurodivergent women.

I specialize in supporting neurodivergent women and families with executive functioning, sustainable self-care, and emotion regulation. Particularly through work and career demands, postpartum and parenting, and general daily life challenges.

I am also a Maryland Social Work Board approved supervisor and provide consultation to other mental health professionals.

In Life

As a person with lived experience with neurodivergence, I have always held a firm belief in sharing honest experiences of womanhood. For us to heal, individually and as community, we each need to be informed of the full and varying experiences of being a human.

I am a mother to two amazing, energetic, and unapologetically themselves, daughters. We do a lot of work together on self-advocacy, self-regulation, and finding the fun in life. My goal is to raise free and confident women who know themselves, who also value community.

I love yoga, being outside, reading everything from Toni Morrison (shout out to my banned book club) to Sarah J. Maas, and pretending I could actually pull off a DIY home reno thanks to too much HGTV.
